NOTICE TO INDIVIDUALS WITH A DISABILITY
The Bristol County Southern District Registry of Deeds is not physically accessable to individuals with mobilty impairments. In accordance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Registry will make alternative arrangements so that you will have access to the documents you wish to review or the services you require.
- We can provide documents and services to individuals who contact us by telephone or by email.
- We can assist you in locating and accessing documents.
- We can meet you outside the building to receive documents for filing or your requirements for information.
- If you have access to a computer, we will show you how some or all of your search for land recodrs can be conducted on-line, and help you to access our online services.
- Services will be provided for certain title searches for users who are unable to get into the building.
- The Registry will not impose a surchange to cover the costs for accomodations provided to inviduals with a disability.
