The registry, a two-story, yellow brick building is located in downtown New Bedford, Massachusetts, kitty-corner to City Hall at 25 N. 6^th Street, a one-way south street.

From Taunton and Points North: From the intersection of Routes 24 and 140 in Taunton take (Exit #12) Route 140 South. After approximately 17.5 miles you will come to Route I-195 in New Bedford. Take Exit #2E onto I-195 East towards Cape Cod to Route 18. Take Exit #15 onto Route 18 South towards Downtown until the traffic lights at Elm Street. Take a right onto Elm Street going past, on your right, the newspaper, the parking garage, the red brick bank and, after crossing Pleasant Street, the granite main Post Office. The next street at the stop sign is North Sixth. Turn left. The Registry is two blocks south on your right.

From Fall River and Points West: Follow Route I-195 East into New Bedford until Exit #15. Take Exit #15 onto Route 18 South towards Downtown until the traffic lights at Elm Street. Take a right onto Elm Street going past, on your right, the newspaper, the parking garage, the red brick bank and, after crossing Pleasant Street, the granite main Post Office. The next street at the stop sign is North Sixth. Turn left. The Registry is two blocks south on your right.

From Cape Cod and Points East: Follow Route I-195 West into New Bedford.Take Exit #15 onto Route 18 South towards Downtown until the traffic lights at Elm Street. Take a right onto Elm Street going past, on your right, the newspaper, the parking garage, the red brick bank and, after crossing Pleasant Street, the granite main Post Office. The next street at the stop sign is North Sixth. Turn left. The Registry is two blocks south on your right.
