When searching registered Land Plans only enter the plan number and DO NOT INCLUDE the letter.
Due to spelling variations, non-traditional names, and names with prefixes when running a name please search different variations of that name to ensure accuracy. Ex. De Mello DeMello, La Cruz, Cruz, Dos Santos DosSantos etc.
Please Note: The encumbrance list on the web is not official, if you need an official copy please request it directly from the registry. For instance, if you look up Cert. 13109 online, the encumbrance list does not show doc #36720, which is on the encumbrance sheet from the book, because it’s part of the back indexing.
When ordering copies from our website:
Place selected documents into the basket please choose entire document or selected pages.
When ready to checkout please click on the basket, which will prompt the user to click on the credit card option.
Click download checked items. The next screen will ask for your credit card information.
