Update on 4/22/25
  1. These updates also included fixes involving plan downloads and downloads of older records. You should now be able to email and print reg and rec plans from the print request lists.
  2. There were also fixes for older documents that share pages with other documents – an example is the DEED on 918/38 that begins halfway down one page and ends halfway down the next. Downloading this document will now include both pages.
  3. The ability to select and display subsets of search results and select and download multiple image pages in a single operation was added.
Update on 3/17/25

3. Ability to click on grantor/grantee to start a new search

  1. Enhanced document image display, including:
      • Full document image scrolling
      • Scrolling thumbnails with thumbnail image selection
  2. Additional Recorded Land Plan and Registered Land Plan searches
  3. Moved document detail selection icon to the first column of the result grid for more mobile-friendly operation
  4. Made various internal performance improvements

 

Update from 1/29/25

If you need a receipt for the copies ordered online, you can call the Registry and we can get it to you the next day, We are implementing a new feature that will attach a PDF that contains their receipt to your downloads.

The new system is now accepting credit cards. Thank you

Update 1/3/25

the new software system is being implemented, please be patient when trying to view an image as it is taking a little longer a little longer than usual but the image will appear for viewing. I.T. has been working endlessly to correct the issue.
